Four-fibrous co-productions, horse hair (sweeting + fluffy) and wool (heat retention) need to be preserved through low-sweeting swirling, while baron (crawl resistance) and corset (resort resistance) need to be wrapped in the interior to prevent the surface from being too smooth and loss of taste.
Using a Japanese Japanese precision 1.5G knitting machine, a part of the knitting needle (one needle per two needles) is programmed to form an empty base, so that the mass of the fabric is controlled at 180-200g/m2 (taking into account the aerobic properties and proxies).
The smile-face pattern uses a no-floating bouquet, with a separate veil per color (number of sarcasms per color = size of 10 needles) to avoid the back pulls affecting skin comfort. The level of precision is extremely high, and the edge of the color block needs to be fine-tuned by the needle to prevent the serrated contour.
The difficulty with this sweater is the combination of “mechanical precision + emptiness” — the machine achieves a very difficult poaching of flowers, hand-embroided humanities in detail, and any error in any chain can undermine the very simple aesthetics of marking.
